backlinks from health, fitness sites

Hi! I have website with fitness articles section . The main purpose of this project is to provide 300 high quality PR4+ Backlinks. ****Please DO NOT sell me your PACKAGES and only reply if you are willing to accept the work exactly as detailed and outlined here.**** Payment will be released with 10% after receipt of first spreadsheet. All backlinks must be 100% Ethical White Hat with the following guidelines: • The backlinks MUST be permanent, one-way backlinks. • All links must be accompanied with relevant text as hyperlink • All linking websites must be English only. • Minimum Google PR4+ • Minimum 20 PR9 and PR8 links • All pages must be indexable • Add no more than 20 backlinks per day • No Blog Comments • No links from directories • A mix of 75% DO FOLLOW and 25% DO NOT FOLLOW • One link per website/domain counted • Links must be in HTML with no other language controls or redirects. • Links must be text and not graphic links. • All links must be one-way non-reciprocal links • I reserve the right to refuse links that I deem unsuitable in which case alternatives must be sought • Links MUST be from sites relevant to the fitness • Google guidelines for building links must be followed. • Absolutely NO links from websites with a google penalty or google ban. The following are NOT acceptable: • No contextual ads sites, scraped content, mirror sites, popups, intrusive advertising, NO SPAMMING, etc. • No links from: ARTICLE or DIRECTORY SITES, FORUMS, comments, torrent sites, from guest books, classifieds, dynamic links, link farms, link•exchange programs, Free For All websites, hacker, gambling, ping sites, etc. • No fake PR or sites banned by Google, Yahoo, Bing • No links from "under construction" pages • No sites which ask for money later • No use of automated software or bots • No use of blackhat software • No links from rel="nofollow" or "noindex" tag for pages. • No java links, jump scripts, framed pages, redirects, cloaking, CSS redirects, 301 redirects, dynamic links, flash sites/pages, hidden links, no string parameters, session ID's, etc. Please send a PM with ‘Fitness workouts for men and women’ so I know you are a real human.
