Build Links to and SEO my Website

We have an ecommerce website.

 We want to build traffic for the website through Search Engine Optimization, Article or PR release submission and link building activities for the website.

 Please note that we want to see clearly after one month an increase in traffic as we have Google Analytics installed on the website. We understand that SEO takes time but link building bring you instant traffic.

 The country that we want to target is USA.

 The SEO and Link Building Expert should be experienced - please do not bid if you have no experience. Links must not be made or done using automated software or any other illegal linking methods. You can use the automated software to find relevant websites for link building. Blackhat or Grey link building methods will not be accepted nor paid.

 Specific keywords and Description about the business URL's will be provided.

 In addition, please submit your previous work for bid consideration.

 The links must be good quality sites with following criteria:

 1) The links must be of PR 4 and above 
2) Pages must be indexed by Google, Yahoo and Bing. 
3) Links from only from good quality and relevant websites 
4) Absolutely no black hat or Grey hat tactics. We require white hat techniques only.
 5) 100% relevant page i.e. the page must be relevant where you will publish our link 
6) Links must be from English languages websites only 
7) Link pages and our text links must be visible, readable and index-able
 8) No link farms, forums, spam sites, web rings, gambling, or adult sites 
9) Free or Premium One-way manual, no unfollow links
 10) Links that are not approved will have to be replaced by service provider cause we will check all the links.
 11) A link building Report and ranking report for the keywords & links must be submitted to me after completion which includes columns like link URL, Link Submission page and permanent link and keywords, ranking in [login to view URL] for SEO ranking report.
