Build Facebook and LinkedIn Group Membership

We are looking for an expert in building industry-relevant membership in our social networking groups. We do not want to pay an hourly rate. We have a goal number of members we would like to reach, and are willing to work out a fair flat fee to be paid when the goal has been achieved. Facebook group: 40,000 members LinkedIn group: 40,000 members Twitter: 25,000 followers. We are a business-to-business publisher, producing magazines and websites for a select, professional audience. We have several RSS feeds of our websites' original news and editorial content that can be utilized to provide material for the groups and Twitter feed. Due to confidentiality reasons, we do not want to list our company properties here. We can provide examples of our various sites and feeds to any interested bidders. It is very important that all members/followers achieved be active participants in our specific industry- SIC codes to guide your efforts will be provided to interested bidders upon request. We are not interested and will not pay for random or "ghost" membership. To be considered, please provide the following: Information about successful social networking projects your company has completed recently, with impact statements Your company's step-by-step plan for increasing membership The timeline of your planned actions and expected results A total fee for services you will be rendering in order to accomplish these goals
