Description The following detail covers the specification for an initial contract but will expand and evolve should the contractor prove successful and we seek to employ a longer contract with them. We are looking for an experienced SEO and Link Building Specialist who can accomplish the following: - Improve rankings on two competitive key phrases on Google UK, Yahoo and Bing, search engines. - Be able to increase trust rank for our website - Provide before and after snapshot reports of current rankings - Provide at least 20 one-way links from the best Article Directories - Provide SEO guidance and recommendations for on-page optimisation - Provide 5 themed blog entries published on 5 different blogs with keyword rich anchor text links - Provide at least 10 one-way PR4 back-links from themed website homepages - 10 Facebook and Twitter back-links - 2 Wikipedia back-links from themed pages - 2 .edu domain back-links from themed PR4 websites or blogs IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ If the specialist demonstrates the necessary competence and ability then this will likely be an on-going 3 month contract, renewed each quarter depending upon results and an agreed fee. GUIDELINES: - Payment will be made in milestones until job is completed and all links verified - No black hat / grey hat techniques. White only. Strict adherence to Google Guidlines. - Links should be from correct page with full PR value - Links must be visible with anchor text supplied by us - Links must be on publically viewable pages. Not registered or member only pages. - Links must not be on subdomains - Links must be indexable and do-follow - Pages must be cached by Google within the last 40 days - Links must be permanent and static HTML. Links will be checked periodically. - Domains must be from different IP addresses and different Class-C IP addresses. - No link farms, forums, spam sites, web rings, adult sites or link directories. - We may cancel a link if not found to be suitable and you must agree to replace it within 3 days. - No pages with more than 50 external links on them! - No links from rel="nofollow" or "noindex" tag for pages themselves and for anchor text - No [login to view URL] blocking, fake PR, banned by Google, Yahoo, Bing sites - No use of automated software or bots. - No scraped content, mirror sites, orphaned links, link schemes, sites overrun with contextual ads, popups, sponsored links, classified sites, etc. - If we do not like a location of the link we will ask you to remove it and place it at a more suitable location. REPORTING: Please supply a Spreadsheet containing the following as well as a graphical document / ranking report 1. URIs of published links 2. Date added 3. Page PR 4. Anchor text used 5. Page outgoing link number Please also supply a monthly progress report of key phrase ranking which should be updated and emailed to us on a monthly basis should the contractor prove successful and the contract extended. 1.
