I need someone to submit proposals for me, on a recurring basis. I will provide a template that can be altered depending on the project. If you have ideas for how I can attract more clients, that will be a great asset for me as well. I will start the winning bidder out on an hourly basis. If you become very good, I will provide a percentage of all profit.
