I'm looking to send a bulk email to North American college / university email addresses. I'm looking to both rent the list and pay for the blast. Please provide your rates along with number of email addresses and samples. Looking to avoid spam filters. Applicants must have experience sending bulk emails and have the ability to ensure delivery.
