Artist impression drawings

Looking for an artist to draw some impressions of a mini golf course, which is to be constructed in a landscaped garden setting. 3 or 4 pictures should cover it.
I will assist by providing photos of similar elements, and will talk the artist through exactly what I'm looking for.
These artist impressions are needed to lodge with the local council, so on the assumption that the first lot of pictures is of a high standard, I may require additional drawings to be completed if required by the council.
