Comic/Cartoon Artist for an action game needed

Task: Write and draw a short story/plot for the singleplayer campaign of a third person shooter game while using comic strips! We have 7 different missions/levels located all around the world. The game will not be cinematic or story driven - that means basically, we don't have any in-game cutscenes or videos, though we will have a short story told via loading screens! Those loading screens are comic strips that tell the scenario/story/setting of each level, like in the Call of Duty, Zombie mode from Call of Duty: Black Ops! (check the attachment) There will be a voiceover (narrator) and subtitles too! Workload: Intro (2 comic strip screens) Mission - Hollywood Game mode/ mission type: Assassination Loading Screen (1-2 comic strip screens) Mission - Rio Game mode/ mission type: Sabotage Loading Screen (1-2 comic strip screens) Mission - Monaco Game mode/ mission type: Espionage Loading Screen (1-2 comic strip screens) Mission - Vegas Game mode/ mission type: Kidnapping Loading Screen (1-2 comic strip screens) Mission - Tokyo Game mode/ mission type: Kidnapping Loading Screen (1-2 comic strip screens) Mission - Aspen Game mode/ mission type: Assassination Loading Screen (1-2 comic strip screens) Mission - Dubai Game mode/ mission type: Sabotage Outro (1-2 comic strip screens) Setting/Scenario of the Story: The story is placed in the near future around the year 2030. Most of the world is controlled by a global government, that is supported mainly by huge multinational corporations, media tycoons and all kind of other members of the elites. Democracy became weak due to decreasing voter turnouts, manipulation of voting machines, media bias and faked statistics. Most people lost any trust in the government and accepted the new world order, only a small minority is continuing the resistance. One of those organized resistance cells is called "Freedom". They are not just protestors, they formed up an armed undercover guerrilla organizations which will take action against the leading heads of the elites. In the next weeks there are several conferences and meetings around the world scheduled, were most of the elites will take part, this will be a perfect opportunity to stop them. However all event locations will be secured by members of the heavily armed global SWAT police team. More info via PM!
