I need to have a python script (running on a raspberry pi) do the following: A) When key A is pressed: Tell android phone, on the same network, to make an outgoing call. AND B) When key B is pressed: Tell Android phone, on the same network, to send text message. AND C) When key C is pressed: Send Pushover notification I know that there is software out there like android SMS gateway with html api, etc. I'm looking for solutions that work. They do not have to be original. If software exists on google app store that does all of the above, then I would like the contractor to point me to it and walk me through how best to use it.

Hi, I have worked on several raspberry pi projects and Arduino/Android projects. This project requires programming both Raspberry pi (client to android code) and Android code (server for API). There are some app on market but that requires registering on their website and internet connectivity. But if we have our own app, we can use local network (with out internet) to connect Android device with Raspberry pi. As the requirement is to send sms and call a number, we don't really need internet or mobile data connection, Thanks!
