We have an idea of an internet site, where you can post your needs, for example renovating,legal,cleaning,autoshop etc. The basic point is that users can upload there projects for free, and then companies can bid on them. The user must be able to upload pictures of the project and also be able to post some text and info around the job he/she needs to be done. We believe this can save the users and companies time and money. Here are the fundamentals to get this project up and running. 1. Clean and easy site to use, both in Estonian and Russian. 2. User must be able to create a profile very easy, 3. There must be a possibility to upload files from the user. 4. There has to be a rating system, we want users to rate the company that did the job for them. 5. A payment solution must be in place, so that companies can pay for the service. There is already a Norwegian site for this, and if you open it in Google Chrome and translate, then you pretty much will get a good picture of what we are after  [login to view URL]
