What Asterisk version you are using? If you are using Asterisk 11, there is a limitation for VP8 video codec. But, with Asterisk 12 all work good.

Greetings and salutations! A little introduction, my professional work experience has mostly been Customer Service related. At this point in my life I would like to be able to set my own schedules, and my 5 year goal is to be working entirely for myself. Until then, I do require an income and I have over 3 years of call center experience, and 7 years of retail customer service after that. My reasons for not continuing with the call centers is due to social anxiety, specifically when I feel surrounded by more than 3 or 4 people and most of the call centers I have worked with employed 300-700 seemingly constantly filled cubicles. I am looking for a steady source of income so I can start an electronics recycling center in my home city, as well as a Repair Center. I am also interested in providing hosting services and custom electronics in the future. Right now, I am attempting to generate as much income as I can so I can afford the office rental and associated bills (internet, electricity, etc) I have actually setup Asterisk PBX once in my life, and found very little immediate use for it and moved on to the next project. As capable as I am of taking your phone calls, I'd much rather maintain your servers. I prefer an open source work environment, with my preferred distro being Arch Linux. I've built Linux from Scratch, used Debian since the 90s, and tested out countless window managers. Windows(Server), Mac(No Apple Please), light programming and webdev. Thank you!
