I need a VB.NET program to create and control PDF files with the following functionality.
[url removed, login to view] a PDf file from HTML file and URL.
2. Open a PDF file with security (known password).
3. Modify the security of the PDF file, Set, Change or Remove the password.
4. Encryption of the PDF file, add digital signature, remove digital signature.
5. Read the PDF, and find a specific string and capture the found text.
6. Print the PDF. (Directly to the predefined Printer or to a printer selected by the user.)
Developer can use any 3rd party API with a Open Source license or a free API.
