Develop XSLT for interesting XML to HTML conversion -- 2

I am looking for someone that can create a flexible, well documented and upgradable XSLT document that can transform a rather complex XML file into an IT-security related "report" in HTML (possibly with javascript, but not a must for the first version). In the first stage the XML file will be rather simple, but over time it will be enhanced so that quite a few follow-up "update" projects are possible, i.e. we are looking for a long term relationship. We are an IT-startup so revenues are not so high at first, but should grow over time. The report is supposed to contain some "tabs" that contain information about a malware analysis (function call listings, some behavior signatures that matched), among which the most "complex" is probably code listings in disassembly that should be navigatable in a later version (that's why we need a good XSL code-base). The XML data is well formed and straightforward. As IT-security is a quite sensitive field, we cannot disclose the XML structure as part of the project description publicly, you will receive sample XML files upon hire or to predetermine your expected project price. Due to this restriction, we require all freelancers to sign a NDA before placing bids. Based on your estimation the price can be negotiated.
