Looking for a customzed mobile checklist system with following functions. Summary : administrators will create inspection checklist from a web interface and admin can enter question and select type of answer (textbox, radiobutton etc..), admin can group questions accroding to their preference, the interface must be capable of drag and drop grouping of questions and name the group. Admin will also be able to generate 2-3 different kind of reports based on the available information in the system. End users will login to the mobile app and will be able to view all the inspection checklist assigned to their user category, user can select a checklist and submit after enter the details. 1. Able to create custom inspection checklist from a Web interface 2. Need to run on all mobile devices (HTML5 + PHONEGAP) - PREFER TO HAVE THE APPLICATION LOGIC IN C# .NET 3. Should work online & offline mode, offline mode data should be sync back to the central server once internet is connected 4. Interface should be smooth and clean

Hi, I read your requirement and seem like it isn't really easy but I would like to play with it. Can I ask you a question about this? If you want to build it using C# so we have install SDK for windows phone, the target application is used on Windows phone?
