designer/developer needed to help customise leo moonsun theme prestashop

need someone who can help me with ideas and designs for changes to tidy up my website which is a modified version of leo moonsun theme built in prestashop.
a developer has already made the custom catalogue navigation module required for my site, so now i just wanted it to look nice. you must know how to edit the various leo modules within prestashop. as the project progresses ii might request some modifications like colours, and positions etc. as the exact scope of the work is not properly defined i have decided to make this an hourly project.
this project requires patience and ability to communicate but above all it needs someone who is good at managing projects and someone who understand design and navigation.
if you have good ideas about how to make sites look good, neat and easy to navigate then you should bid. if you like a robot, and only know how to work to clear instructions then do not bid.
