I am going to build a airplane seat map website/mobile app, something similar to trip advisor's [login to view URL], but with a neat and clean design. Basically, users input flight number and return a flight seat map. For example, the user search dl 1017, it should return a map similar like this:

Eventually, it will have all the plane and flight seat map in the world. It will be a big airplane seat map database. But I am going to start with a small one. We can start with delta airline, create a database for delta flight seat map for the first stage project.
About Design the seat map. There are several design I want to refer:

About the plane, we can start with Boeing-777-200ER at first. So you need to draw a beautiful seat map for Boeing-777-200ER. Good UI is very important. Once you have done, we will build a map database for delta airline fleet.
We can start from one plane mode to another plane mode, from one airline to another airline and on and on. Eventually, this map database will be converted into a website and a mobile app. People search flight to see the seat map. Also, you need to think a good way to store the map seat, since it's interactive map. It will be presented into website and mobile app in the future.
Conclusion: The first version 1.0 is a running website that shows all the delta airline seat map. User can query by flight number and return a beautiful interactive plane seat map.
