Design me a site in wordpress with custom pictures, high quality graphics, and more. -- 2

I need this done again - I was not very happy with the project last freelancer did - so PLEASE READ - I need a very nice – sharp looking fast loading website – the kind of website that one says “damm” when they look at it because it looks awesome and inviting. My website will be about vacant land. This website is for both buyers coming to my site to buy vacant land and sellers who want to sell their unwanted vacant land. I don’t need a shopping cart. What I do need is a webpage with high quality photos, maybe some animation, easy to navigate in different pages (about me, contact me, articles, blog, terms, disclaimer) AND – I need TWO separate beautiful – beautiful – beautiful - landing pages with Aweber autoresponder contact form – one for the buyers and one for the sellers. Did I mention these landing pages need to be beautiful? Exceptionally awesome is more like it. I’d also like good seo and good plugins installed. Maybe a mobile version of the website as well? Graphics must be custom made (and awesome) – pictures must be royalty free to me. I retain full ownership of the website after completion. Can you do it? I am concerned about my account security - I prefer that you provide me the data and instructions to upload to my server.
