Create Children's Illustrated Ebook I have the ebook written and have found an illustrator. We now are looking for someone to put them together into a short ebook. The book will be put on Amazon for download. There are approximately 300 words and the book is written for ages 4-7. Please send any previous, similar works as this is my daughter's book and she's making the decisions on how her book is going to look.

Would like to have the text and the illustrations of the book first, then we will propose each page layout with the text paginated , and illustrations arranged. After having her feedback, we will finalize the pages and submit to her in pdf format. We need to know the contents of the Cover Page, Credits Page, Title Page, Preface, Contents Page (may not be required) and Back Cover.
