The design and build of a simple ecommerce website on either wordpress or shopify for a new wellness brand. Looking for someone with 5-10 years development experience with strong design skills. Site to look modern, fresh and impactful. Features to include:
3 products
static pages
search tool
Integration to a payment gateway that accepts all major debit and credit cards.
Register an account and details and login feature.
Basket –recently view items underneath.
GBP, AU Dollars, US Dollars, Euros
Customer Reviews –e.g. Yotpo
Basic site search
Email address capture field, opt in tickbox and database storage link to mailchimp for email campaigns.
Real time stats pop up feature– Jane in Wilmslow just bought a n X 45 mins ago.
Social plug in links to social pages.
Blog
Order by X time for next day delivery
On site SEO (meta tags, H1's, alt tagging of images etc)
With strong skills in CSS3, HTML 5, PHP, JS etc. I would like to see design examples. Experience with a beauty/skincare/drink/consumable brand would be an advantage.
Advice on shopify v wordpress pro's and con's required pls.
If overseas pls advise how that you have good english and I must be able to contact you via phone/voice communication.
I can send reference sites I like privately.
I have developed basic wireframes for the pages but would like some UX input into this.
