I am creating a new website and need a WordPress designer to aid and design a unique website design for my website.
It is going to be a website about money saving tips and will have a lot of in depth optimisations to make the design fluid, good looking and easy for web users to understand. As well as this, having it optimised for mobiles and tablets is a must.
Rough outlines of my proposed design are below in the online images:

Update:
Thank you for all those that have responded with offers for designing the website. I just want to make clear that this is not a light hearted design I am wanting. It will take a lot of effort and I am not sure how much time either. For example, here are a few things I would like:
- Floating navigation menu with image hovering over each link to make each link a bit 'qwerkier'
- A very well designed homepage that enables a snippet of articles to appear as tips on the homepage with a right button to enable a swipe to the right transition to go to the next categoric related tip. The left swipe will randomly select a tip to show.
- I want it to fun and funky so the images are kind of good representations of the design theming (especially the logo)
- Of course, well SEOed with meta tags etc.
This is a terrible example of how I want the website to flow for category pages and homepage. Think of clicking on the next article as a Tinder swipe.
At the moment, I have got the domain but not set-up a WordPress account.
