We need a full from scratch developed corporate website, estimate custom pages 13.
Platform = WordPress with installed Themify builder and plugins – which you will need to utilize to build the theme and place the content, this is A-must so we could easily add pages later on if needed with presets from Themify.
I’m rather looking for a designer who works with developer, I don’t believe in finding one person who develops and designs, thus I’m looking for designer who will create neat accurate eye-catching with matching colors composition layout and a developer who will organize and comment code. I somewhat know what kind of design I want (fixed header, infinite backgrounds, single column main page). I don’t mind purchasing images/backgrounds from services. I will need person who will suggest the images that needs to be used for backgrounds, main page, banners. I’m very demanding and will not settle for “Something like this” approach. I will require design of 3 Banners for home page and possibly more for other pages.
I have existing website from which about 50% of the written content is going to be copied plus additional (written) content for new pages I will provided.
The PDF documents I provided are just for reference and approximate order I would place the containers, it doesn’t mean it is solid, please use your eye and creativity and suggest me the placements or ideas you have, as well as I need suggestion on infinite backgrounds and if images need to be taken for the website it will be done.

Myself is a developer and my partner is a designer. We have multiple people working for us. So we really do have some resources. What I do not understand is if you want a custom site form scratch or a WP site?
If you want a fully custom site written in Laravel 5, then I'm your man. We do custom sites and integrations, like payment gateways, nice carousel plugins and the main idea is that you really GET the site you are paying for.
