Looking for someone who can handle the entire scope of web dev and web design. I have minimal code from a previous dev but I need a full stack dev who can also handle UX/UI for this project. The website can be in bootstrap or zurb but it has to be responsive and used to make hybrid apps with Ionic. Tech needed: NodeJS(chat server), Angular, Ionic, HTML, CSS, Lavarel 5.2, API's needed: Paypal, Stripe, Pushbots( for push notifications)Facebook, Google maps, Google deep-linking. Services will include: user profiles/rating, stripe subscriptions, page banners, Mailchimp, Admin Panel/CMS. Must be able to connect to a digital ocean server. See document attached for full rundown. I'm looking for someone I can have a working relationship with that communicates well, uses github, & preferably basecamp or similar. I would like to work closely with you when it comes to the design portion. Overall, I'd like the timetable to be within 5 weeks if possible.

I propose to build your website on ASP.NET with angularJS however I if Laravel is the only option then that's great as well. The reason I choose ASP.NET is it's power in MVC and APIs.
