Customized Dating Script - Python Django

Hello Developers, We are a Singapore based company with dealings in online dating. We are currently looking for a long term partner who will work with us to develop new and innovative dating sites. This current project is to convert a forum into a customized, fully fledged dating site. The current forum software is vBulletin 4.2 and the plan is to migrate all existing users from the vBulletin forum to the new customized dating site. In terms of coding language, we prefer you to be skilled in PHP and Python-Django as we want the new site to be coded using Python-Django. The new site must be coded from scratch. We are not interested in the use of 3rd party apps. We are looking at building a clean, effective, customized site for our members. The site will be custom coded modules based on our requirements. Modules are created based on the understanding of the users’ behavior. What we expect from you as our partner/programmer: 1)Professional working attitude. All promises are to be kept 2)Punctuality is a must. Deadlines must be adhered to. 3)Payment will be made after the completion of each milestone. There will be no prior deposit given. 4)Clean and optimized code for better site loading. 5)You must be able to report your progress on demand. 6)A demo site is required. Screen shots are not sufficient.
