I am looking to create a flyer from scratch- rough design attached. I am looking for someone who can provide an easy interface which offers ability to populate and create new ads from data in excel or csv and pictures in jpeg files. All pictures to have framing pieces on corners. Main picture to be be slanted.. Bottom left black box will be for cr code..On the bottom, i would like the womans face [login to view URL] the exterior of the house removed and replaced with a vertical collage of 3 pictures of amenities in the community which fade into the writing just like the exterior house does now....I need the ability to change all pictures in the collage. The areas which will merge from data from csv or excel are No.155 (unit number), "This is great...-(unit description), Storeyville MHC|Storeyville Manufactured...-(property description), Monthly Rent: Beds:...-(Unit Info), Kelly Agent...-(Leasing Agent Info).. The pictures that will merge from files are Logo, Header Picture, 4 pictures below Header Picture, 3 collage pictures and cv code picture.
