We are in need of some one to create a website for a dating site that will incorporate webcam to webcam capabilities, members can join and pay for membership, free members can sign up but will only be allowed to have some of the benefits, it will have a forum section and a classified ad section. We will also need it to allow advertising from other companies to advertise with us.
