Create a one page basic layout in accordance with attached layout diagram. Each section is to be broken up into a separate div tag with associated id's so i can connect to my back end code. no content to be inputted only div layout. layout should be designed for screen with 1280 x 1024 resolution. the design is intended to be full screen with minimal padding and does not require dividing lines to be visible.

I can easily create this layout for you. I will also ensure that the layout is responsive, so that it re-sizes itself automatically based on screen size. However, one thing to understand is that based to content being rendered in the div, the responsiveness changes. Like an <img> tag will respond to page resizing differently than text. So it would be useful if you can tell me what you will be rendering in each div and I can help you better :)
