Create an Pricing/Payment plan E-Mail Template for a Class

We are offering a face to face class that would help people learn how to sell online with e-bay. I want you to design a pricing page using HTML and CSS that would provide a section that describes the class, features, benefits, meeting location, teachers e.t.c.

Provide payment plans for affording the class. We would provide 3 payment options (upfront of X), (3 payments of X amount in 3 months) (5 payments of X amount in 5 months)

This page should be short enough to become an e-mail template. For the first draft, make it purely informational; we would add payment buttons or links in the second draft.

The page should be flashy and very well done. It needs to be completed within 24 hours.
