Convert PSD to AXML (xamarin) xml

We are developing a mobile app using xmarin in visual studio so we need someone who can convert our PSD to a valid AXAML which can fit into xmarin AXAML . These PSD are very basic. No complex architecture 1. AXAML must look like PSD only including font and color. 2. this AXAML must be size adaptable 3. You need to download xmarin to validate your axml 4. Since there is only 4 psd to convert & out of 4 psd there is one splash screen having only one static image. Please see the attachment for the review (JPG images) 7.
