La amplia experiencia y los sólidos conocimientos que tengo en procesos de carga masiva de informacion. Mi propuesta es realizar la carga de la informacion del CSV original a una base de datos(SQL SERVER), y generar el nuevo CSV con el nuevo formato. Realizar un proceso de carga con integration services y sql server. El detalle esta en saber la cantidad de información que se requiera cargar y cada cuanto tiempo se necesita generar el archivo.
