Clone a Website

I need to find a Freelancer that can clone an existing website.

The website is:

I need an exact replica of the website. So you will need to know how to clone not only the HTML, links, images and directories but also the PHP code, databases and other info associated with the site.

This means you will need to know more than just how to use software to rip a static version of this site, you will need to know how to get all the info needed to provide an exact working copy of this website.

If you can't do this please don't quote on this project.

Three distinct areas.

1. Customer

1. Customer
- Signs up for new account
- Provides credit card information
- Searches for product
- Makes an offer on product (product offer always includes free shipping)
- Receives notification if offer has been accepted by a Partner Merchant or if offer has been declined.
- If offer is declined the customer is prompted to make another, higher offer.
- If offer accepted customers credit card is charged automatically.
- Customer receives notification and tracking number of product package.
- Customer receives product

2. Merchant Partner
- Signs up as a Merchant Partner
- Merchant Partner clicks button next to product that they have available to sell indicating that they want to be notified when a customer makes an offer on that product.
- Provides bank account details so that we can make payment for any sales they make.
- When a customer makes an offer on a product, all the Merchant Partners that indicated that they have that product to sell will be notified of the customer's offer. They will receive information on the product SKU, the offer amount (that includes free shipping) and the customers shipping ZIP code (so they can calculate how much it will cost to ship to the customer and take that in to account when deciding if they will accept the offer or not.
- The Merchant Partner will only be able to accept or decline the offer, there will be no counter offer feature.
- If all the Merchant Partners decline the offer or a pre-determined amount of time expires, the customer will be notified that their offer has not been accept and they will be prompted to make another, higher offer. If they make another, higher offer then each Merchant Partner will once again receive notification of that offer.
- If a Merchant Partner wishes to accept an offer they need to accept as soon as possible since the first Merchant Partner to accept will win the sale.
- Once a Merchant Partner accepts an offer they will receive the customers shipping information and will ship out the product to the customer and provide the tracking number.
When the Merchant Partner uploads tracking, or when the product is delivered to the customer, we will release the funds to the Merchant Partner, less our commission.

3. Site Admin
- The Site Admin must be able to add new product SKUs, information, images etc.
- The Site Admin must be able to add new Merchant Partners, set specific commission for each product and Merchant Partner.
- The system must allow Customers to set up their own accounts while requiring that certain information, such as shipping address and credit card information is mandatory.
- When a customer makes an offer on a product the system must be able to send notification to all -
- Merchant Partners that have indicated that they can sell that product.
- The system must be able to determine who is the first Merchant Partner to accept an offer and then not allow any other Merchant Partners to accept the offer after that.
- The system must be able to notify the Customer of accepted offers or notify the Customer if their offer is declined and prompt them to make another, higher offer.
- When an offer is accepted, the system must be able to automatically charge the Customer's credit card.
- When an offer is accepted the system must be able to send the Merchant Partner the Customer's name and shipping information.
- The Merchant Partner must be able to upload the tracking number of the product shipment.
- The system must be able to notify us when tracking has been uploaded and when the customer has received the product.
- The system must be able to keep record of the all previous sales in total, by customer and per merchant.
- The system must be able to calculate the funds that need to be sent to the Merchant Partner, less our commission.
