I need a website created with the following features:
A front page that allows you to enter a Unique ID. You will then be posed a question in regards to this Unique ID which is free form text. You will also be able to register and you will be the "recipient" of the Unique ID.
Then there will be another page that allows you to purchase Unique ID's. There will be different prices and different items you will receive.
However you will need to register to purchase these unique ID's and they will then be Linked to you as the "sender"
If a Unique ID is entered the Sender will be automatically notified via email in regards to them and let them know the response to the question and this is also visible on the actual account login aswell.
In addition to this the responses should be able to be read by everyone which they can upvote/down vote (think like [login to view URL]) and filter it based on dates and popularity.
I'd like this site to have a simply elegant modern design. Thank you
