Build a customised website

I have a website [login to view URL] i want to open exam registration form for students so they can fill form and pay fee online using payu biz payment gateway I want to use gravity forms in wordpress and indian payment gateway payubiz for this if possible or if you have any other better idea plz share. 1. I want application submission for students & then student can view his application 2. I want Payubiz gateway needs to be integrated into it to accept online fee 3. we have offline forms in excel sheet with some images that need to be updated online & students can view their application accepted . 4. There should be feature to import & export student data into excel sheet 5. There are other things also like OTP to view appliction form & to send application for editing of their details into application email to be sent after every registration 6. these are main points that needed to be there rest thing i will tell in detail Person should have good knowledge of wordpress & database(mysql) , he/she should be freelancer not working somwhere else so that i can contact easily after my system has been designed and if some error occurs he can work directly on my website, i will provide details of payment gateway & other details contact for work.
