Build a couple of Wordpress pages.

I have a wordpress website ([login to view URL]) and want to create a members area and for the members to post ads. The first job would be to create a members area (signup, sign in, create profile). The members profile should be a small picture (preferably in a circle) in the top left. The basic information (email, name etc), password, a check box to accept terms and conditions, an option to check a box when the item is sold. The member should be able to create an ad. The ad should contain a picture (option to have more pictures), description, asking price, city, and approximate location (small google map would be nice). Ads should be posted to a new page depending on city chosen. E.g. if I create an ad for a bike or sale in Miami, the ad would be posted to the Miami for sale page. There should also be a search criteria bar which searches for specific bicycle within that city. Search options (price, area, type of bike, color, size, condition etc). Users should have an option to rate the seller (5 star system and comments). I want this deign to be clean and simple (think airbnb). Please let me know if you have more questions. The script should be nicely commented so that I can go and make changes if needed.
