We need a website for our company.
- English language (but setup so additional languages can be added later)
- Business like text; although we will provide text, we need the designer to be fully English proficient, ideally native, and understand business terms
- Website in Wordpress; designed such that I can easily update info later
- Must work on mobile as well
- Choose, edit and place pictures: we need the person to make use of the pics we have where they make sense but otherwise search for additional ones (should be either free or copyrighted within a small additional budget)
- Must start work within 24hours latest and finish 5 days later
- Embed info graphics
- ideally understanding of real estate business
- as a business website
- The website includes only a hand-full of pages/features
* who we are: company purpose, list of services, our philosophy, company details (registration id, court, VAT number etc), managing directors, subsidiaries
* where we are: the holding, the subsidiary (there is one now, may be more in future)
* Countries we operate in (needs some pics of those/capitals) and interesting data about them (from us), may include some info graphics
* currently interesting markets (about 10)
* current opportunities: a page each (currently about 3) with 1-3 pictures, some text, some numbers.
* contact us
* a blog: a first entry is that we are appearing at Expo Real exhibition in Munich 4.-6.10.16
* completed projects (none yet)
- the website is already hosted on directnic.com. You would get access to the host there.
- You will make use of our logo which we already have in all sizes and types and variants of colour.
The successful candidate can show 1-3 good business websites and explain his significant contribution there (which should be setup of site itself, images, design, text), have immediate time, provide a quote, be ready for an interview today and tomorrow, have at least 6 hour working time overlap with us in Central Europe, provide a time and cost estimate, show some proof for the use of info graphics.
