Build a Website using HTML bootstrap template and Python as Back-End

We are an IT learning center and already purchased a HTML bootstrap template. Now we need to develop a web app to mange this web site using Python for Back-End & MongoDB as data storage. This website has following functionalities: 1) Sign In and Sign Up: Directly or using social network account FB, Google, Twitter, and LinkedIn 2) We will have weekly 1 or 2 or 3 days courses, so people should come to our website, see list of available courses and then register for them, and make online payment for that, then they receive and email contains their entrance ticket (Similar to [login to view URL]) 3) Based on number 2, our web site needs a control panel (Like a CMS) to create new courses, add description, date, images, instructor image and .... 4) In website admin panel, we need to see list of registered people for each workshop and course, being able to send them a message in form of email or export in form of CSV 5) Users can search in our courses, actually our html template has pages for these kind of search 6) Event Manager: We need to have a section in our admin panel to define our weekly and monthly events su as our conferences, technotalk and .... 7) Blog: We need a section to let us add new blog post and tag them based on their type. My requirement for this project: Front-End: - Prefer using AngularJS/jQuery - Clean HTML using Bootstrap - Less dependency on other project - As much as possible client side! Back End: - For SURE Python - Using one of the Flask, CherryPy, Tornado, or Bottle (Not dJango) - Using MongoDB for data layer (We give you a remote access to our database) Test: - We prefer to use some cloud base system such as HEROKU then you update and we can see the progress Deployment: - It will be manage by our own team
