Build a Website and 2 landing pages

I need 2 things to be completed in this project:
1. Create 2 landing pages on wordpress, content and wireframe will be provided
2. Build a new site on WordPress. 4 Pages including contact us. We have a the raw structure for the site ( Content and what needs to be included in each page). We require a designer who could come up with design ideas and implement it ( I am not a designer hence we would like some to create a site based on our idea)
We would like the site to have a wow factor, so please show your best designs
