Build a Website/generate traffic and assist to monetise it

I started a blog/website late last year. It has been running for about 6 months now. I have been happy with the website and have used it to publish all my blogs/content however i am soon to launch a podcast also. I would also like to design the website to offer more value to my customer. I would like to set it up to allow people to subscribe and receive weekly/monthly newsletters also. I would like to link to sites to generate income by click through i.e. audible, amazon etc. I would like to offer a free ebook. over time i will add to it to include coaching, webinar, seminars, speaking etc these would be slightly longer term goals.
The website is [login to view URL] and is currently having some technical issues however will be repaired soon for you to review. The SEO is no good and the traffic is not great but have had some pleasing comments by sharing through my network on Facebook linked etc. people seem to enjoy my content. But i need to reach more people and have better design to making the experience greater. Not really sure on price but have selected price based on what other designers have indicated.
