Build a Website and android application

I need a website for services purpose with android application. requirements: 1. three types of users Normal user special user Admin panel 2. the normal user needs to register his account and verify the email or mobile no. then he ll enter into the main page. the main page is containing the 5 typpes of categerised list those are the special users lists. if he select any special user. he can check all they types of products which are categerised in list. the 1list is containg the image with rating and minimum order as well as delivery time. after selecting all his products those ll added into cart. is he completes the adding into cart he needs to checkout by adding the address and location based. then he needs to use the payment gateway if he is having the coupon that ll be applied. after completion of payment. the user ll get notified some time period. after completion of delivery the user ll get notified a feedback and rating. user can complaint if he get any problem. the user is having the wallet system he can use that to buy the products with that. the special user can able to register or login into account. he can able to post the list of products by category wise with price and quantity, name. he can able to add and remove the products. as well as he needs to notified orders if any user is purchased from his profile. and he needs to accept the request of that order as well as he needs to complete the order after completion of delivery. he needs check all the orders which are completed from completed orders. his earnings in his wallet. he can request the payments also. admin panel this needs all the powers to maintain. he ll get all the notifications and the admin panel having list of users, list of special users he can able to check the profile [login to view URL] he can check the active orders and pending orders and completed orders. requested payments from special users. he can block or unblock the users and special type of users. and also he can provide the special type of coupons. as well as he can check add the new coupons. users order history also. these are the functionalities
