I require someone to build a website. At its most basic form it is a website to assist with individuals who have personal injury claims. The website, which I will also want to be an APP shortly after will assist claimant's with managing the person injury claim. In particular, the following functions: 1. A place to store claim details; 2. A place that reminds them of appointments/ instructions; 3. Calendar for appointments; 4. An easy to track place for their claim; 5. A place to store and receive claim documents; 6. A place to easily access the details of their insurer / lawyers; 7. A place to easily record information in a diary, including travel, pain and general concerns about their injury; 8. An easy place to store and send receipts and invoices to their insurer; 9. A place to negotiate and indicate that they are willing to negotiate. The purpose of the website will be to form the grounding of the APP, so I will require someone who is capable to make websites and compatible apps. This is a vital requirement. I have attached some basic screenshots of what I envisage the APP would look like (as a rough draft). You will note that it needs to be a very basic layout, but I want to refine this to look very professional. The website, will need to have two types of access: 1. Insurer/ Lawyers / Provider - under this profile they will need to be able to set up accounts for their claimants, contacts and be able to send documents to the individual accounts; 2. Individual access - for claimant / client - from here they will be able to send information only to the person/ organisation that set up the account initially. The website needs to be basic and straightforward. This is not a complicated website and needs to be extremely user friendly. The name of the website/ APP is "MyClaim". Security is very important with this website. I am currently creating a Logo which will form the basis for the website design. At this stage, I need to know if you think you can complete the work, in particular the compatibility with an APP. Please send examples of previous work that you have completed. I am negotiable with price and would like a price for both the APP and the website. I will organise the URL hosting.
