Build a Website

I need to create a very simple but elegant web app for my client, which is a company that pours concrete slab foundations for home construction.

The app will be responsive to the type of device it's accessed from, but in particular needs to be optimised for iPad. The aim is to provide a simple interface for builders to submit fault reports to the concrete slab company from their iPads while they are actually at the building site.

The app interface for builder users will be very basic, prompting the user to either create a new report, or edit an existing report.

Choosing New Report will present the user with:

* optional fields for the property's street number and lot number

* mandatory fields for street name, suburb and date due, and job number

* a drop-down list of standard fault types: shower recesses, stacker door rebates, floor grinding, garage step down, external wall patching, other)

* a linked notes area for entry of specific details.

* a button to add additional faults to the same report, enabling up to 50 individual faults to be listed on each fault report

* a button to upload related photos.

When all the data has been entered, the user will click a button to submit the report, which then returns them to the Create New Record / Edit Existing Record page.

Choosing edit existing report will present a search page, enabling search for the user's previous reports by any field

All database users will have an associated contact record containing their first and last names, phone number, email address, company name, and business address.

There will be three categories of user:

Builder users will be able to:

* Create new fault reports

* View and edit (only) their own previous fault reports

* Mark individual faults as resolved, with the option to append additional notes. (Entire fault reports may not be marked as complete, and no records may be deleted.)

Fault Response users will be able to do all that builder users can do, plus:

* View and edit existing fault reports submitted by ALL users

* Mark entire fault reports as complete (No records may be deleted)

* Search for faults by builder user name, property street and/or suburb, or submission date range.

* Look up contact details for other users

* View history and details of completed jobs.

Admin users will be able to do everything fault response users can do, plus:

* Create, edit and disable other users.

* Delete entire fault reports

Ideally I would like to distribute this web app via the iOS App Store, so any bids that (briefly) explain how that can be simply and economically done will be given priority.
