Within our current website (members area), we would like to add an RTB (Real Time Bidding) page where our members can buy advertising space for digital/print/television. There will be 2 actors in this user scenario; Buyers: - can place a purchase order or bid on an offering. - Pay via credit card - upload media (image/video) for their order - view current bids/purchases/status through account summary Advertisers - can place an offer to sell at a fixed price or bid - can view existing orders through account summary - can accept or reject a purchase or bid - can view media attached to order Think of it as an eBay for advertisers to sell advertising space. We're looking for a team that understands Agile, has developed RTB sites before, can develop eye-catching designs and most of all, understands how to develop the best user experience.
