Hi I propose sourcing a premium Wordpress theme then shaping to you likes. Installing all features that you need, gallery, video, social networking, newsletters, members system if you need one etc etc. I can also provide a domain name and hosting if you need it. When finished you can update the site easily via pc, laptop or mobile device through the admin system. As easy as updating Facebook etc. Feel free to contact me and note milestone which would be requested to be released when bid is awarded to cover some costs for domain, theme, hosting etc etc. Many thanks Tom

My understanding of the project brief is that you want a website - not a cloud based accounting system. [see comment at end] My site proposal is as follows: a) Home Page - a summary of b and c b) Services Offered Page - books to TB, Debtors, Creditors, Cashbook etc [you maintain the Services in the admin section so you can add/edit/remove any at any time] c) About page - Who you are, qualifications etc d) Customer Feedback page - fancy name for "guestbook" [visitors submit feedback but you control what is displayed using the admin section] e) Contact Us page - Inquiry form, contact numbers, email, skype etc - maybe a Google map [both you and the visitor get an email of the inquiry] Points b, d, e are database supported using a custom built CMS (NOT Wordpress, Drupal etc). Site SEO, sitemap (for Google and other search engines) and Responsive design will be attended to The site itself will be a clean Web 2.0 design (HTML5, CSS3, simple, clean, readable, no gaudy colors etc) and I suggest a side column with teaser links to the Customer Feedback. Why? Every new Feedback entry will change some of the content (the side column) on all the pages and Google "LOVES" changes which will boost the sites SRP performance I tried to bid AUD500 but the site wont allow bids below AUD750 - modify the range and let me know and I will update my bid. Seriously, a project this size for a small business does not warrant the AUD750 price tag All the best Aubrey
