I want you to build a website which is able to stream a live video feed from a camera. The maximum accepted delay is 3 seconds. I would like this project to be made using Django framework. Please include the price for deploying the website you make to a VPS. You will be asked as to how you think you can do this keeping in mind the delay of 3 seconds.
