To Potential Developer,

I am looking to create a wordpress based - demonstration of new consent (i agree) form with advanced functionality.

This project has two stages

1. Including

- Dynamic Right hand display - when options clicked on form text is dislayed on right half of screen

- Hover over button features - when consent button is hovered over

- follow up email

- and a test consent receipt record created for download. (which i have already)

This would have a database and would need some customised graphics and UX features that I want an experienced designer/wordpress person to manage.

I have more details for those on the short list.
