Good Morning Freelancers, We are [login to view URL] An online hospitality platform for Luxury Shortlet apartments and offices in Nigeria We will send details of the c-panel and wordpress backend once job has been awarded THE BACKGROUND OF THE WEBSITE Our website was built form a wordpress theme/template. Along the line, we figured the template was not flexible enough to accomodate some of the features we wanted. Hence we hired additional developers to add additional lines of code to achieve changes. Some of the changes were actualized and some were just too much for the template. We have been advised to build the platform from scratch (which we will do in the next few months), but the launch for the platform is well overdue so we need temporary solutions and fixes to the current state. TASK 1) CURRENCY CONVERTER This feature worked properly before the accidental update of the theme, which in turn wiped out the previous setting The NGN, USD, EUR and GBP should be integrated into one another. During a search for one of our listings, users should be able to switch between any of these currencies with the right conversion dynamics. Most important at check-out point The feature needs to work like any other converter to make sure our platform is effective 2) UBA PAYMENT SYSTEM INTEGRATION UBA is a Bank in Africa. The payment system integration was to enable our platform accept payments for local cards. Verve, Visa and Mastercard The Bank has approved and provided a PDF instruction for the integration. Please kindly integrate payment system ***SEE PDF ATTACHED 3) THE BOOKING FORM AND EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS First, all emails and bookings should be directed to [login to view URL] All emails sent out from yourstay should have sender details- YOURSTAY Not from any other email or wordpress The booking forms should be organised properly, looking at the back-end there are about four existing forms. There is no organisation to determine which is which. To understand better, test through making a booking.. the process is simple, you pick an apartment you choose your dates and then select specific criteria...like additional services (tick-boxes) below ***SEE IMAGE FOR BOOKING FORM The whole point of going throught this selection process is to understand what the customer wants. At the moment, that information needs to be relayed back to us.. This is not the case. The booking form only highlights some information and not all the choice criteria the customer wants. PLEASE INTEGRATE ALL TICK-BOXES AND CRITERIA, when booking.. The form should reflect all the fields at checkout and on our end 4) YOURSTAY COMMERCIAL TAB We want to add another product criteria - 'Yourstay Commercial' THIS IS THE COMMERCIAL SECTION OF THE BUSINESS. You should be able to also search for office spaces without any inteference with the residential apartments Make its searchable content sit in a different location. Currently when you search by location on our commercial content it also filters out the residential listings.
