I need help creating a website for my novel series due to be published on Amazon. I am in the process of getting the cover designed and would like to use blue, gold and red hues as part of my website. My goal is to build a email list and I envision a pop up inviting them to enter a contest when they first enter. It is a fantasy novel titled: Lady of the Sea Subtitle: The Aureate Chronicles, Book ONE Book description: My book is a fantasy novel that uses historical settings and names for some of the characters. The setting is 1850 near Tauranga, New Zealand. I have taken Maori folklore about the taniwha, monsters of the deep, and worked it into a novel about a tribe of Mer called the Aureate, meaning the golden ones. My main character is a female Aureate who must battle a rebel faction of Mer, and locate a pearl called Sol Fyre, soul fire, in order to save her people from the "death sickness". This requires her to undergo a transformation that allows her to blend in with the islanders as a human. There she meets two young men who play different roles in her journey to find the pearl Below, I've included art work with the colors and characters that inspire me most.
