Hi I'm specialized in web developing ( Front end and back end ) but I need more information to start your project and I think we need discuss some thing before starting then the work will be as you want .

For best security (since you specified this is an important point for this project) I would suggest using Microsoft's ASP.NET stack for the back-end & AngularJS on the front end to give it a really nice look and feel. You also mentioned this is to be an info & sales website, so I am guessing that you will sell directly through the website. The details you provided aren't descriptive enough but from what I understand I have to say your time frame is pretty short(1-4 weeks x 10hrs/week = 40hrs tops). Anyway, I might have overestimated the requirements of this project. Short description of my current work: My full time job is working for a British company as a full stack .NET developer, rebuilding their internal platform. Part of this project is building a purchasing system, stock management systems, logistics systems and many more. I also implemented a security layer that is checking not just the user credentials but also the browser and domain he is accessing the website from. If a user is using a new browser/domain he will have to validate them by passing some security checks(there are a lot of sensitive data to that project so security is one of the most important requirements of this project).
