I've been there before. In my case I was using google place autocomplete js in my view, after the text is filled by the autocomplete, I want the filled value to be passed to my angular controller so that the controller can send the value in my node.js api server. I solved it by wrapping the js into angular directives. And for your case, I think it should be solved in the same way. This is my first day in freelancer, so I really want to take this work.

Hi There, One simple solution to your problem is take a hidden field in the HTML and bind that hidden field with the controller model using ng-model e.g. $scope.myModel. Now myModel is watching on the value of the hidden textbox. Using JavaScript Function, you bind some data to the hidden field. The value will be visible in the controller model!! Cheers! Why is your view has a javascript function? you should have it in the controller and then refer it in the view accordingly right?
