Design a website and WebApp for a StartUp company

Hi, We are a growing start-up with an innovative product in the field of social payments. We are currently looking for a web design (Graphics + HTML + CSS3 + JS if required) that will fit our company profile and fit out logo (Attached in file). We will provide with information and Mock-ups of the application pages. There are two design objectives: The Web Application and the company’s web site. We are expecting you, the designer, to provide a matching, innovative idea to fit the following key points: - Social Payments - Online Purchasing - Friends and Groups The Needed pages for the Web Application: 1. Sale Planning page 2. Sale Page 3. Successful transaction Page 4. Login/register page Application Description: - The application allows customers to split a purchase with friends. Purchases can be group vacations, group gifts or even splitting the electricity bill between roommates. - The process begins when a buyer selects the purchased goods on the retailer’s web site, and chooses to split the payment with friends. That click directs him to the Sale Planning page(1), in which he can invite friends (via Facebook or Email) and set the group sale definitions. - After he’s done, he passes over to the sale page (2) that contains the status of the deal. This page allows each member to select himself and continue to the payment gateway (external). - Upon successful payment, the buyer returns to a post-transaction page (3) that gives him the notice regard the fail/success of his payment. - The user also gets an email with a link to a Login/Register page (4), that will allow him to create an account in the website. Pages 1-3 must have a progress bar stating the page the user is on. The Needed pages for the Company’s website: 1. Landing page 2. The Solution 2. About Us Please note: The design should be built on CSS3, using Zurb Foundation The supplied product should be a high quality design, and fit the all screen resolutions. 1. The design shall not be used in any other place, nor similar to any other design 2. The design shall incorporate the company name and logo, included in the attached file 3. The design should support both RTL and LTR languages. 4. The design, upon completed purchase, shall be solely owned by the purchasing company and not to be used in any other projects, if personal or corporated by the designer. 5. All pages must present the same design concept.
