Design a Website Mockup - Project #1

I have a new website being built, and i need someone to design it for me based on the jpeg i provide. basically i need a selection of 3 mock ups and will need all three of them sent to me, for me to release any milestone.

I have this one i was going to use but it looks kind of outdated this is not a complicated project. We need the keep the same color scheme and same type of layout but we need to be on.

I would like this project done in 3 hours or less. I will create half the milestone and will not release any money until completion of the project.

Remember I will provide you the old jpeg, you need to modify it change it, add things to it, make it look unique. I dont need the coding function in psd i will code it myself just need the mockup for now.
